Fujifilm Europe today that Mr Yasufumi Morimoto has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Fujifilm Europe GmbH, with overall responsibility for the Graphic Systems Division in Europe.

Esko reports that Colognia Pressis the first Czech Republic label converter and the latest to join more than 500 printing operations around the world, to recognize the importance of achieving Esko’s HD Flexo Certification. This prestigious accreditation was presented to Colognia‘s joint owner Pavel Kubac by Milos Uzel, CEO of Czech Republic system integrator Macron Systems, who represents Esko’s extensive portfolio of solutions in the region.

Ricoh Europe will showcase its latest technologies and services designed to help commercial and corporate printers reduce the environmental impact of their printing activity at EcoPrint Live 2012, Berlin on 26 and 27 September.

Mimaki will showcase the eco-friendly attributes of its JV400-LX and UJF-3042 systems at EcoPrint 2012. The company will also use the show to demonstrate its ongoing commitment to sustainability. QuadWinkowski, one of Central Europe’s largest commercial printers and a subsidiary of U.S.-based printer Quad/Graphics, announced that it has rebranded itself to Quad/Graphics. Concurrently, Winkowski Logistics will change its name to Quad Logistics Europe.
