The Printing Expo Virtual Exhibition

The Printing Expo Virtual Exhibition will work in the same way that a live exhibition does, except that you can visit at any time, from anywhere. The hall and all the stands will be rendered out to real physical dimensions. So when the show opens, visitors will be able to navigate through the hall and visit a virtual representation of your stand, complete with 3D products.

Exhibitors can populate their stands with a range of interactive content that visitors can explore and download. An intuitive search interface and an interactive floor plan ensures that the show is easy to navigate and the best content is always found first.

Visitors will be free to navigate the hall to see all the brands that are exhibiting, however they will need to register to visit the stands and access content. Once registered they will be free to visit your stand, save their favourite pdfs and videos and even collect promotional items that you want to offer.

Our exhibition stands are built using a combination of 3D rendering, photography and HD video. With this approach we can create photorealistic representations of existing stands or design something completely bespoke.

Printing Expo will be co-located with www.industryexpo.online.

Printing Expo Virtual Exhibition is a true ‘online exhibition’, in the sense that it has been designed at real world scale – so the physical aspects of it look real. The idea is that it provides a genuine visitor experience, just like a live trade show. It allows visitors to explore a complete virtual exhibition hall and discover companies and products using a unique, visual browsing interface. Additional navigation methods, including a search function, products list and company profiles, will further ensure that visitors can easily find their way to relevant stands and hot spots.

Visitors From Around The World

Many of the world’s leading print industry brands are exhibiting at Printing Expo Virtual Exhibition and the visitor mailing list represents a global audience. Exhibitors have visibility of their stand traffic and are able to identify which hotspots are most frequently opened and what content is most popular. Every hotspot has the facility for visitors to email the details to themselves or a colleague, share on social media, print or request further information direct from the exhibitor.

V-Ex Virtual Exhibitions is a trailblazer of the virtual world.

V-Ex has been producing virtual exhibitions and interactive online environments for 10 years. Our virtual exhibition platform was originally developed to support businesses looking to extend the working life of their live exhibition stands. The early exhibition stands served as valuable marketing tools prior to shows while also generating validated sales leads long after the physical show has closed its doors.
